Panic and bellybuttons

So after a long day with both boys crying more than normal, I am finally sitting down to tell everyone about Cooper's bellybutton. His umbilical cord finally fell off today, so we should be in the bath tomorrow. I was so grossed out, especially since it fell off, and I didn't know where it was. I found it on the floor and had to pick it up...eww. It looks like he is an outie, just like Logan and Daddy. Once it is totally clean I will take a picture and post it. As for now, I am panicking about every little bump and diaper rash. Also, I have only been home alone one day, and I didn't get a nap or venture outside once. Logan's brain is going to melt from Dora and Cars. Okay...so I maybe a little irrational.

On a much happier note, today is the 23 of June which marks my parents 20th anniversary. That's right, 20 years ago they walked down the aisle to Debbie Gibson's Lost in Your Eyes and Jim Croce's Time in a Bottle. It was a great day. Happy Anniversary you two; I hope it was a fantastic day.

Good Night to all, I hope!

Who do I look like?

Here are some pictures to compare. Who does Cooper look like? Logan... at about three months...and with dark hair. I hope you enjoy!

Updates!

Today, Cooper is one week old! I can't believe how fast this week has gone. I am feeling great and healing very well. Jason went back to work on Wednesday while my mom and I hung out with the boys. So far Cooper is keeping a pretty good schedule. He lets us know when he is uncomfortable, but for the most part he is doing everything a baby should. Logan is getting along very well. We have played outside and tried not to veg out too much in front of the TV. We ventured out today to visit the new Wal-Mart. It went pretty smoothly until Logan fell asleep in the car. I didn't know what to do, since I can't lift him yet. He woke up just in time to walk into the house. Now he is just being a two year old, whining and giggles both in a one minute time frame. That is all for now...I must attend to the big brother!

Logan's Gift to Cooper

Logan decided that little brother needed to have a truck. He has been soooo sweet!
